Challenge

CV Pad came as a team with a product but no existing community. Lacking competent community managers, the challenge was to build a community from scratch, manage it during presale and IDO stages, set up a customized Discord server, and to gather applications from potential projects and relay them to the core team.

Solution

Cova24 assumed the entire role with our team of well-versed community managers.

For Tele

gram ~ 24/7 community moderation was activated whereas dedicated personnel separated support cases from the usual community engagement to facilitate speedy resolution of users’ concerns.

For Discord ~ The Discord server was set up taking into consideration diverse channels to separate topics and activities on the server. Integrating Support ticket system on Discord where users could get their issues and cases resolved privately by the team. This was important for professional workflow and reduction of spam in the general chat channel

Installation of telegram and discord anti-spam and welcoming bots to keep the server alive and clean from spam and fraudulent messages/links.

Periodic rewarding contests were planned and executed to spike engagement and project exposure thus bringing significant growth to the community. Examples of contests that were employed includes; Telegram & Discord Meme contests, Video contests, Prediction/poll contests, routine quizzes (to keep the community abreast with the progress of the project), etc.

To improve user research and limit the repetition of commonly asked questions, we created a FAQ document for potential projects and the community at large. This FAQ document was frequently updated to suit the current developments of CV Pad.

Our Impact

CV Pad community has seen an organic growth from 0 Telegram/Discord users to 60K+ Telegram and 55k+ Discord users. Undoubtedly, this is proven in the success of its IDO and token launch, and can boastfully count on their supportive community on both Telegram and Discord for projects that seek to utilize their launchpad.
