Challenge

Tryhards just like the other projects came in as a team of crypto developers without a solid community. Our work was to build an active community that supported the game launch and the $TRY token generation event (TGE).

Our job was to engage and educate the community on the project and its plans on both Discord and Telegram. In the same way, inquiries from potential investor, collaborators, and users needed to be sorted and managed in a way that facilitated easy communication and resolution.

Solution

The success of our client projects is our pride hence we embrace the challenges with our full capacity and deliver excellent service. The same was the story for Tryhards. Our first-class team of community managers was deployed to build the Tryhards community starting by customizing the Discord server with a user-friendly interface, setting up welcome and anti-spam bots, and developing a project-specific FAQ to handle recurrent queries.

As part of our attempts to keep the community active, engagement activities that incorporated referral systems were implemented to drive not only community engagements but growth. Other rewarding activities like quizzes, videos, and meme contests were initiated to stir the interest of the community and potential investors alike.

Educational events like AMAs were carried out to provide information about the project thus focusing on the technology, use cases, updates, etc. This also provided an avenue for Cova24 to collect feedback from the community on areas that needed improvement or features to be added, and eventually relay this to the core team.

Our Impact

Starting from nothing and working in close tandem with the core team, TryHards was graced with over 20K users on Telegram and Discord. Moreover, because of the sense of belongingness within the community, TryHards had a successful token and game launch. Additionally, it saw a 71x price leap during the token generation event (TGE), a resounding 10,000,000 trading volume, and was eventually ranked number 1 on DEXtools.

With the incessant support of the community, Tryhards NFT-based first-person shooter game experienced a stunning trend of downloads which triggered positive discussions and reviews in the community pages.
